Beauty Buzz: Carol's Daughter Wash Day Delight Water-to-Foam Shampoo

Confession: I hate washing my hair! I love the cleansing feeling after I do it but sometimes I just want to throw on a baseball cap or head wrap and don't want to deal with my hair at all! The main reasons are: I have to shampoo it enough times to make sure it's really clean (how many times is really enough?!), I have to detangle it (throw the whole comb away!), and then I have to figure out a manageable style that will last me long enough to keep the heat and ponytail stress away. Whew! I'm exhausted just typing all of that!

I'm not saying I was on the hunt for a simple solution to make my wash day routine easier, but I will say Carol's Daughter Wash Day Delight Water-to- Foam Shampoo came to my rescue and did exactly that. I'm a sucker for new beauty items and when I found out I was getting this Vox Box from Influenster, I was more curious than ever to see how well it would work for me. When I first used it, it was a bit weird. Definitely different than regular shampoo but I loved how I felt like I directly targeted my scalp instead of just plopping shampoo on top of my head. After about five washes and using regular shampoo once in between (I wanted to see if I noticed the difference), it's safe to say that I'm a fan. My hair really felt fresh, clean, and soft after I used it!

Carol's Daughter Wash Day Delight Water-to-Foam Shampoo is sulfate free, silicone free, paraben free, has no artificial colors, and is a vegan formula! So not only does it make wash day delightful but it's good for your hair too! It deeply cleanses your scalp and hair without stripping it of its moisture and it also lathers well on the first wash. If you're like me and detangle in the shower then you don't have to wait to start when conditioning. Wash Day Delight does it for you! The genius thing about it is that it's nothing like your average shampoo in many ways. It goes from water to foam in seconds and you apply it directly to the scalp with an applicator tip. If that isn't enough, I'm giving bonus points for its pleasant fragrance that's not overwhelming yet lingers on even after styling!

Please note, Wash Day Delight was created for curly hair cuties and catered to naturalistas, but if you're a part of the "I need new products to try and I have chemically treated hair" tribe then this may be for you. I personally think it should be marketed for all hair types and lengths. Mine is fine and short and it works well for me. I don't know the natural hair struggle but I do know the struggle of wash day and just wanting a quick and easy way to cleanse your hair; specifically your scalp. The great thing about reviewing products like Carol's Daughter Wash Day Delight Water-to-Foam Shampoo is being able to my great results with my audience! So if you're looking to take your wash day from drab to delightful then Wash Day Delight is definitely for you!
