Girl Power: Collab Don't Compete

Dear Girlfriend,

This is a Personal Self-Awareness Announcement. A declaration of sorts. A letter to your beautiful soul to remind you to own your power. Show the world who you truly are. Remind yourself every day of how blessed, beautiful, and bad-ass you are. Be unique and remember that you are unstoppable!

Don’t let the any other woman (or man for the sake of the problems in this world) tell you anything otherwise. Don’t allow anyone to make you feel less than you are queen! See the thing is, we get so caught up in what the next woman is doing, we forget to focus on our own greatness. Yes it is important to encourage your girlfriend and build her up, but it is just as important to never downplay your own worth. Never question it; not even for a second.

This is also a reminder that you don't have to compete with your fellow girlfriend! We all possess the same power, it's just up to us to use it. Ask yourself this: Wouldn’t it be better if we get ourselves together then help our fellow sister do the same? Wouldn’t things be so much easier if we collaborate and uplift that friend than compete with her and step down on her to build ourselves up? Funny how we fail to realize that when we all work together, we shine a light so bright that our glow is appealing. Other girls will feed off of it and do the same for their girlfriend. They will own it and it will comeback full circle.

I say “we” because I am not exempt. I am not perfect but I affirm every day that I am a beautiful queen and worthy of every single blessing God has for me. I also believe that the more I help the next girl that that light will shine in her and she will do the same for the next girl in need. Use your girl power for good and if you do anything in this lifetime...

Do it with confidence.

Do it with intent.

Do it with love.
